Top-down management, many cliques, performance reviews are leaned towards ‘contributions’ that are not work related e.g. organising events
Capco Response

Thank you for your feedback. While contribution is assessed as part of our performance management process, this only forms a small part of an individual’s overall assessment, with performance in role the main focus. If an employee has any concerns, feedback or suggestions regarding the performance management process, or any other area of our business they should raise this through one of our internal channels including HR, coach or manager.
Capco has a friendly culture where people like to win together. A solid meritocracy that is expertise focused, and growth oriented with approachable leaders and plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Employees should be self-motivated (which for me is a plus), but being a smaller company it does lack clear and standard documentation routines. There is no one-size fits all career map, which allows self-starters to succeed and rise quickly in the organization.
