We are very sorry to read your feedback. Capco has a clear performance review and calibration process, including competency frameworks and promotion criteria, available to all employees. There are also many support mechanisms in place to support career development, including coaching, training programs by level and a suite of digital learning resources. We do not tolerate bullying in any form, have clear anti-bullying policies in place, and processes for reporting concerns, including our independent, anonymous reporting hotline. Contrary to your comments, we continue to run independently from Wipro, have retained our own brand, culture and leadership structure, and will continue to do so.
