Leadership has made it clear they want more consulting work to be done by Indian colleagues to achieve this goal. The CEO has made it clear, "this is an IT consulting firm, so this isn't the place for you if that's not the kind of work you want to do." There are not many opportunities outside of IT work here, even though there are many non-IT consultants hired.
