Pros
Good Working environment balance if client is from EU countries. Good quality trainings for employees. Good work/life balance. Good possibilities for on-site exposure.
Cons
Sometime highly disproportionate salaries between same level of experience. It only depend on your negotiation skills. Earlier they had this Front office (Capgemini team in client country) / Back Office (Capgemini team in india) model. They used to call this “Rightshore” model. But this model actually created more politics between teams which eventually affect delivery. I don’t know this practice still exist.
