- Total Beaurcratic setup, doesn't feel that you are working for MNC. - Annual Salary Hikes are below Industry levels. - Manager driven company. Manager words are final. If you aren't keeping your manager happy then your GROWTH stops. - No HR representatives are assigned to Project/Person incase you want to raise your discomfort. - No Processes followed. - Manager & even Senior Managers behavior is not professional. Along with their communication.
