strong team environment. Opportunity to expand personal business as much as you would like to work. Good team leaders and regional directors.

Cons

Sharing all sales doesn't always benefit you (especially if you are above average in your sales). To get ahead you have to work long hours. Many dishonest people come through the company (they don't tend to stay long).
