Pros
Very few. This company relies on deception, both at the employee and consumer level, to be successful.
Cons
Where does one start?!? First and foremost, if a potential customer is either upgrading his phone or coming over to Verizon from another carrier, DO NOT do so at a Cellular Sales franchise! These charlatans charge you an UNNECESSARY and RIDICULOUS extra -- yes, EXTRA -- $35-50 fee (depending on how unscrupulous they are -and- how gullible they think you may be) to "transfer your contacts, photos, ect", when in reality, ANYONE can do this on their own...EASILY! Why does Cellular Sales dupe the general public like this? So thast YOU, the consumer, can pay their workforce! Yet these jerk-offs still keep a full 50% of whatever fee they extract from the uneducated consumer! It is hucksterism at its finest...please do NOT fall for their unethical and disgusting business plan...one that deceives and rips off the consumer under the guise of "helping" you with data transfer. Additionally, the reps will identify uneducated (usually older) customers, preying on them by selling outdated and VERY older-model phones ONLY BECAUSE the commission for the employee is drastically higher than if he sells you a current model i-Phone or Android. Believe me, Cellular Sales employees SALIVATE when a person over the age of 50 or so walks through the door. You can GUARANTEE that anyone over that age will be the subject of a "great offer", which in fact will be a 2-4-year old model phone that is no longer relevant, but will earn the Cellular Sales shyster a BIG commission. These people are THE MOST unscrupulous liars you will ever interact with in a "legitimate" place of business. STAY AWAY!!!
