Pros

The company pays extremely generous commissions (50% of GP), and for the most part, leaves you alone to do your thing.

Cons

Commissions are shared with everyone on shift, and, inevitably, someone is going to ride along, and not carry their weight. The lack of supervision creates the opportunity for less than ethical behavior. Chargeback policy is too severe, as is the company policy for missing inventory. No real opportunity for advancement.
