Pros

The best part of this job was the ability to work unsupervised, for the most part. The stores were new and clean, and appealing to customers.

Cons

In order to earn a reasonable amount of commission, it was necessary to overcharge the customer and to sell them cheap accessories which were marked up to premium prices. This led to complaints, returns, and ill will toward the sales force. Customer sentiments were then redirected to the sales force as their problem. There was an unusually low amount of customers walking in to the store.
