Pros
I really like the business model. I feel like it was set up for me to succeed. We get to work together as a team which I have never been able to do as a competitive salesman. The business model tees up great customer service. I love that I get to select my own schedule. I have a family and the flexibility is what really drew me to the position in the first place. Last but not least the money here is fantastic if you put in the effort.
Cons
There is competitive internal movement within the company.....but.....there isn't a lot of turnover within management... Hence, steep competition for positions that do come available. This is a reactive industry so you have to be adaptable and at times this can be very exhausting. Plus the customers can be crazy
