Pros

No managers, treated like adults, lots of potential to make more, discount on your Verizon Bill

Cons

100% commission. Recruiters lie like hell about how easy it is to make 6 figures. Need to sell more then phones, no vacation time, you will work more then 40+ hours if you want to make money. You have to be a little slimmy to make it to highest commission level
