      Pros

      The quality of life and income is top notch. So many avenues to be of value to our clients while getting paid to do it. Definitely a high discipline and accountability level needed. Not a job for those just hoping to show up. I love any career that wants to pay me what I’m worth while valuing my personal time. From top leadership on down, they actually care and desire to help you be successful while generating a great income and have a balanced work life level.

      Cons

      Only con I can share is that while in training the pay is rather base but ultimately easy to recoup once out.
