Pros

- Phones and tech are cool - Starts at $17/hr while training

Cons

- Commission based - Managers don't care about you - You cannot watch anyone else while training. Has to be your manager, even if they go outside to pray with their clearly favorite trainee for 30+ mins - You cannot sit around and do nothing either by the way even if your manager is away for a long time - If you get fired, everyone disappears and doesn't respond to your texts. Some third party you've never met calls you to explain you didn't memorize everything about the job in one week so they're not continuing with your training
