Pros
- The associate consultant rotational program is a solid introduction to CRD as well as the industry. You get great visibility within the company due to the solid reputation of the program as well as a solid overview with work experience in Support and Product Development teams before joining consulting - First year pay for the program is hourly, which means every hour of OT is well rewarded - People are fairly good with helping learn and org structure is flat for most of it
Cons
- Once you graduate from the program, you will effectively make lesser money since you are no longer paid hourly. The bonus plus base does not meet the hourly rate even though it is still a raise to the bonus and is a good pay overall - You need to fight for yourself and ensure you get exposure and placed in the product module of your choice. If you dont, you will go where need is and that might not always align with your preference - The pay is good, but the only way to get good base bumps is by either leaving the company or accepting a new job opportunity internally
