The associate consultant rotational program is a great way to enter industry and learn about the product from all ends. I’ve gotten the chance to work with extremely talented individuals whether it was on a product team, tech support, or on an implementation project. The people who work here are dedicated to their role and willing to help at any moment which is much appreciated. Management is friendly and willing to meet with you whenever requested. The culture and environment is professional yet also enjoyable to work in the office.
Cons
When starting, the onboarding process was confusing and seemed like there was not enough communication about what to do. Starting a project within implementation was similar with a lack of communication and understanding of your role at the beginning. The trajectory of the career path for the rotational program was not made clear at the beginning.
