Terrible work experience - Line Worker Chipotle Employee Review

Terrible scheduling- told them I had a commitment at 8:30 they would schedule me until 8 but wouldn't let me leave until there were no customers, everything was stocked, and everything was perfect. The pressure to maintain the "culture" and keep the line clean is insane. Employees I worked with who had been there a long time got fired for not "promoting the culture". AKA, they got fired for no reason. It's incredibly stressful with little breaks. Do NOT recommend.
