Pros
As a government contractor you don't necessarily interface with the company you work for as much as the customer you support. It's possible to have a good work experience based on the people you work with and the customer you support even when you work for a such a horrible, soulless company like Ciber
Cons
Never met face to face with a single member of the company (phone interviews, scanned/faxed paperwork, reported directly to customer site). Never received any type of support when I needed something from "corporate" and was never made to feel like we were part of the team or valued in any way.
