Pros
Like at any decent sized company, there are some smart and good people. My job in particular had a lot of flexibility, which was appreciated, however that was only because my division was being ignored and would be eventually sold off.
Cons
Company is too decentralized - regional offices do whatever they want to get business, including accepting substandard deals with little to no profit margin or that fail / hemorrhage cash to fix. This was one thing they were going to try to work on, maybe they've improved.
