      Pros

      Great place to work and learn about the real estate industry. The company really looks after you during all this integration. Working for CoStar you learn to adapt very quickly. This enables you to understand the changes that take place daily. Everyday is a new day at CoStar and you have to be consistent as the Market is ever changing.

      Cons

      CoStar is a great company to work for. Every Ship has its challenges. With Great Benefits comes challenges so we all have to be strong. So I don’t think they’re any cons. CoStar gave many an opportunity like myself and I appreciate this about them. So thank you.

      I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

      I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
