Pros

You get to go home once in a while

Cons

Everyone in the middle and top management levels treat you like trash. The department execs will swear and threaten to fire you if you don’t do something right that very second. Grease fires are more organized than the research department here. HR operates on the whim of the CEO. The CoStar product is actually good and useful, it’s just too bad that our clients hate us because they are flooded with calls from us. Monthly employee awards and recognitions for different departments were watered down to just one “Researcher of the Month” and “Market of the Month” award and took away the cash prizes and having the company car for the month. It’s not even an award really, it’s just an email shoutout now. Experienced and top performers are either leaving or want to leave because there isn’t any incentive to go above and beyond. Employees get berated and scolded on quarterly calls.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
