Pros
Corporate Greed. If you are on the executive team, you will cash in. The benefits for most employees do not outweigh the constant misdirection, poor leadership and plan lies that the executive team delivers. It start at the top from Andy Florence (CEO) and flows down from all the "yes man" executive team.
Cons
The executive team does not communicate with each other. This same ineffective communication flows downhill very rapidly to every person within the company. Miscommunication and lies seem to be the answer for everything. If you are looking for a long-term career you will not find it here. The Glendora office is closing and no one seems to be able to give an answer to anyone that is remaining in the office. If you have a seat in the new office(s) you may be safe for a bit. San Francisco you are next in the hot seat of lies as the lease is coming up next year. DC nothing will change for the better on your end either. How much communication do you hear from your manager? Culture is a suit and tie organization that wants to present a level of professionalism that is seldom seen. Dress the part and it will fall into place? Not quit. The irony here is the company is trying to execute a program to "show" they care about the employee and address feedback on Glassdoor and employee satisfaction. All... they have done this before and nothing changed in the past. Look at the stock, it's dropping faster than the sales team, HR members and research department.
