Pros

Free Lunches and nice views if you have a good office location.

Cons

-Pay for parking - Required in office, however has changed as of recently, I believe you're allowed one day remote from home - Not much room for growth, they have programs that intended to set you up for manager positions, but management and senior leadership are toxic so not exactly worth it. - Pay not worth the amount of work your doing or the verbal harassment you deal with. - CEO does not listen to employees feedback and fired people who followed an instagram page that discussed the poor treatment of its employees. Advice to young college students - this is a good first job to teach you that you deserve better. It is decent pay for your first job, but your mental health will take a toll.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
