Pros
Coach is a great customer service based company. Its is a modern luxury brand. I learned a lot and grew a lot in my position within the past 10 years.
Cons
Time management to get the daily workload done. Not being able to use my vacation time when I want to. The workers are always given more work to do while the non workers don't get any. Your never thanked for a job well done. Its always about what you didn't do.
