Pros
- The discount - Day goes by fast because of switching sections and posts every hour (I worked as a Sales Associate) - I made a lot of friends while working there - Occasional bonus if you're there a lot and can earn it
Cons
- Cashiers have favoritism/bias over giving sales to sales associates (i.e. will give someone else's sale to a more friend-like colleague) - Sexual harassment happens and there's a culture of not doing anything about it (i.e. "accidental" groping in the stock pips, sexual language directed at individuals) - Sales staff will steal each others' sales
