Pros
Great customer service and product training and comfortable work environment. Team environment as all including part time associates are able to earn monthly bonus based on sales.
Cons
No time and a half for hourly associates on paid holidays. It's retail so the hours aren't always so desirable. Would be nice to have occasional weekends off each month.
