These folks lull you into a sense of a friendly happy workplace. then after hire , drive you crazy with constantly negative feedback, and there is absolutely no way they are ever wrong. This contributes to a dog eat dog environment. I was one of the top 5 producers, and not only did I not get the hours stated in the interview, they constantly nitpicked about everything. these are handbags for pete's sake, and no one is asking them to lower their standards, but a bit of example setting, and a less adversarial attitude would help.I have many years of retail sales experience, and I have rarely encountered a more hostile workplace.
