Flexible hours, merchandise discount, new casual uniform (dress code), opportunity to move up if you work hard, fun store environment, promoted to seasonal manager
Cons
Started off at $10/hr, tried to work 40 hr/wk. (you get a raise if you do well on your quarterly reviews) eventually worked up to $12/hr. No commission for a sales position. Worked holidays and weekends.
