Good company but has a long ways to go - Associate Manager Coach Employee Review

1) The bureaucracy at Coach is becoming distracting. If you know someone (SVP, Sr. Director, etc), you can get a high paying job fairly easily. No interview required. No professionalism is required either as I have witnessed people falling asleep in meetings, coming in exceedingly late, etc. All because they had a friend in a well placed position. 2) No room for advancement. Since Coach is such a large company, everyone is given a narrow task. It's hard to explore and learn about other aspects of the business.
