Company and Regional and District managers were not friendly, nor gave the overall perception that they appreciated the talent in stores. Poor training of associates. Training involves more than watching a few training dads, coaching and follow up is key to building a strong team. There is also little to non philanthropic opportunities within the company, nationally nor locally. In conclusion, because of the vast amount of plastic, cardboard and paper used to pack and transport these high end handbags, there is great opportunity to work on more environmentally friendly ways to recycle.
