      Pros

      The positive environment was great. The year end bonus was awesome and definitely gave positive morale to the entire store

      Cons

      The upper management played favorites. Instead of taking the time to develop their managers so that their managers can develop the associates, they were anything but leaders. The feedback was harsh and hindered development.
