Pros
-Good pay -Good life experiences -Good customer service skills Really did enjoy working with customers, good co-workers, all in all a good environment, except for the management (see below).
Cons
-Management No communication between managers until after the fact of the matter; managers continually played "games" with the associates, like creating something out of nothing, making people cry on the sales floor, being purposefully deceptive, etc.
