      Benefits are provided to part-time sales associates as well as full-time First selection of new products Relatively easy retail job

      Cons

      Discount isn't as good as they make it out to be Most upper level management is on a power trip Non-confrontational management Lack of confidentiality between managers No consequences when mistakes are made, especially by management Too much politics
