It's a'ight - Sales Associate Coach Employee Review

Despite it being non-commission based, this job brought out some of the worst qualities in certain employees. There was a lot of back -stabbing and "stealing" of customers, unprofessional behavior which wasn't addressed at all by management if said employees had a high UPT. Management cared about one thing and one thing only: the sale. The same is true for all retail I guess.
