Pros
Wonderful workplace culture- while competitive, coworkers felt like a family. Supportive management staff that provides the tools you need to succeed in the position.
Cons
Difficult to "move up" the sales associate rankings. While the pay was outstanding, it was difficult to imagine a long term-career with the company beginning in the retail stores, considering some associates waited three to four years before being promoted into management positions.
