Business Outlook
Pros
Great company perks, flex Fridays all year round, hybrid working, 4 week vaca, good benefits. Hudson yards office is really nice.
Cons
A lot of work, very business driven and no room to say no to anything. Never say no to cross functional partners= always more work for us. Always the middle man. No really room to grow or it will be very slow and very minimal raises over the years. Also, hard to make an impact or change processes etc. everyone is very set in their ways, not flexible.
