Pros
- Good co-workers - Decent hours (They give you enough hours to make a decent check) - Fast pace environment - Networking - Nice benefits - Some mangers are compassionate and look out for your feelings - The SM is awsome
Cons
- So-so management, only a few managers actually had associate's backs. One of the managers is beyond rude and has bad social skills. - Similar to commission without the pay. - They say opinions is wanted but when one is given it's ignored - LINE CONTROL, this has to be on of the biggest cons.
