      Great discount on product and benefits (vacation, sick, holiday pay, matched 401K) Also, good bonuses if goals are met. For the most part, amazing peers.

      Cons

      Too worried about a certain "look" and therefore hiring young kids that have no sense of urgency or a dash of professionalism.
