Pros
-near corporate level benefits for hourly store employees. -sales goals are usually attainable. -set bonuses when the store achieves its monthly sales goal. -great coworkers.
Cons
-lots of oversight and criticism when business is poor. -too much focus on digging into your personal issues. It appears to come from a compassionate place but can later be used against you. -lots of expectations about having a life long passion for the work. If you are simply showing up to do your best and serve the company's interests but not making this your life you are made to feel like you are not enough.
