Pros
-Teamshare. Monthly incentives to push customers to spend more money so employees get a bonus each month. In my particular store this was rare, maybe 2 times a year. -My store was very flexible with my schedule. I was part-time but they were cool about it
Cons
-Long days of standing. -BOH SUCKS!!!!! -Customer Service -Unproductive 1 on 1 meetings to talk about your progress and they give you some dumb thing to work harder on that you’re already good at.
