Pros

Good Pay & benefits, job security, solid industry, plenty of job opportunities within the company

Cons

Poor quality of life, on call 24/7 for customer demands, unrealistic expectations from management. Job function is really that of a customer service rep. Account Managers are not used for strategic partnerships, but as clerks. Poor use of human resources. Old mentality company that has not keep up with other industries

Pros

Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

Cons

Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
