      Great pay rate, high emphasis on training and quality benefits! Lots of overtime & puts safety and quality first

      Can’t name many cons, I’d probably have to say that working line worker overtime isn’t for everyone but it’s part of the trade. You should already know that coming in

      Pros

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Cons

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
