Pros
A program to foster and develop the next generation of leaders within the organization. Once a year they hand pick 20 top performance individuals and provide not only classroom training, but real life company's business cases to develop, while partnering with the UNC (University of North Carolina). Very high commitment from the CEO and the executives to the development of the program.

Not sure there is a con to the program.
