Where do I begin. They push furthering your education because they say they promote with in. The only a that get promoted in with upper management. A lot of the management doesn't even an associates degree. They say that employees matter. When does that benefit become available. We work 12 hours a day and are forced to work weekends. We have to request vacation time for our scheduled day off. Must I continue with the cons?
