Nothing much to say here, many good employees have already left the company

HR wrote a reply after I gave a feedback about management: “We encourage our employees to speak to Human Resources or use our CommAlert process to submit complaints that come up”. It’s a lie. There was no CommAlert process to submit complaints when I was there. Who listened to employees when they voiced out? Management only listened and believed what TL said. Individuals in the management team consistently set their own career interests over the interests of fellow employees. I was very unfortunate to be a part of the team that micromanaged by a TL who has full of hatred and jealousy. She harassed me by finding fault every single thing then reported to management. And management only listened to her, I became a bad guy in everyone’s eyes. I was damn stress to work under her. She only gave good comments to her favourite team members, she tried to remove someone who she hated. No job security at all and they can fired you with in probhabtion on spot, without giving any notice period.
