Pros

there were some good people there, but they have already left or are looking.

Cons

- Clueless leadership that doesn't understand how to run a technology company, they only understand factory manufacturing. They HATE bay area culture that treats employees as valued, they favor treating everyone like you work on the factory floor unless you're an executive - then you get to use the company jets...yes they're THAT kind of leadership. - The current stock price drives ALL decisions and spending, this means there is little investment in the technology, benefits or staff. ( and NO stock plan for you....) - North of 30% turnover means there are no experts left, a constant brain drain means buggy code and no product leadership. - They feel that getting kids out of collage for sales and SE's works just as good as experienced people at a fraction of the price. So if you come in DON'T expect promotion unless you came in through the inside sales team. - The sales comp plan is not industry standard and is designed to NOT reward hard work by paying commissions ( you only get a fraction or earned commission - office politics run rampant - short sighted planning means their products keep falling farther and farther behind their competitors, ruckus innovation is a thing of the past.
