Donot take step forward, I regret to leave Commscope during the layoff period, I was qualified person and unfortunately no guidance from any one to discuss my leaving, Im now at different company, lets be clear all technology companies have the same problem. wish that I can come back to where I belong.

Nothing specific, old management made a mistake when they did some acquisitions.
