Pros
Benefits are better than some competitors. They work with a lot of clients, so there are many contract opportunities available. Most of the recruiters are easy to work with. Resource managers are helpful and responsive.
Cons
For the same contracts, they sometimes do not pay quite as much as some of the newer agencies. They do not put much effort into finding you a new contract when your existing one is nearing its end.
