      Flexible hours Access to certificate study material Coverage for health, dental, vision etc. Discount on software programs Good place to for entry level

      Poor salary No option for growth in company Poor management for employee needs No rewards program for dedicated/long term employees No raises to base pay provided.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
