      Flexible working hours with very understanding boss who encourages further studying and improvement

      Cons

      Budget for jobs are small which is unable to provide the perks of bigger firm (eg. cab home from work at late night)

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
