Pros

Standard 8 hour shift on weekdays Offices location, before they relocated Parking space provided even if in a nearby mall 10 minutes walk away

Cons

Awful management style, boot on your neck "you better work and do it right or else" Not one, nor two but three managers with a team lead on top overseeing the team as a whole; while somewhat segmented it still causes a lot of confusion in general direction A Network Engineer L2 was required to be on-call around the clock for a full week once every 5 weeks without any economic compensation for the extra time. Receiving calls in very inappropriate hours was very common. Joining chat groups while on shift with colleagues from every other technology assigned to the same customer was mandatory, and they spent most of their time just fooling around leading to unnecessary distractions. Team members rotated unusually often, at least compared to experience with other companies thus turnover quite high - each person for their own reasons seeked new employment. A cohesive team is unable to be built this way. Certain team members pretended to be team leads without any sort of official appointment. Management did nothing to discourage this.

Pros

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Cons

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
